You will inspire a team of beauty advisors, develop counter relationships, and drive event-driven sales while ensuring outstanding service at every guest interaction. The role requires coordinating day-to-day counter operations, coaching staff, planning cosmetic events, and rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
