Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead the cosmetic line operations and inspire a team of beauty advisors toward counter goals. You will drive sales, train staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while representing America’s Leading Department Store.

You’ll plan events, manage shifts, develop client relationships, and execute all duties of a cosmetics sales counter, with a focus on performance and professional growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and coach associates to deliver customer service.
• Ability to develop relationships to grow counter business.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and counter goals.
• Experience planning and executing cosmetic events.
