Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetics counter, upholding our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You will oversee complete cosmetic line operations and inspire a team of beauty advisors to reach their personal and counter goals.

You’ll train, coach and develop relationships to grow the counter business, perform all cosmetics sales duties, and drive performance through events and incentives while rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.
