Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead a cosmetics counter and oversee all operations of a beauty line.

You will inspire a team of beauty advisors to reach counter goals and personal targets while modeling exceptional customer service. You will train, coach, and lead by example, develop relationships to grow the counter business, and manage events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
