Voyant Beauty is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to oversee all aspects of product compounding, pre-weighing, and material management. The role focuses on adhering to GMPs and FDA standards while meeting production schedules and quality goals.

You will lead staff across shifts, drive continuous improvement, and partner with QA to prevent errors. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in cosmetics manufacturing are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years leadership in cosmetic/personal care setting preferred.
• 1–3 years compounding/batching in manufacturing (cosmetics/pharma/chemicals) preferred.
• 1–3 years driving process improvements and corrective actions.
• 1–3 years hands-on safety protocols with hazardous materials.
• 1–3 years inventory control of chemical raw materials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee chemical compounding, pre-weigh, material management per schedule.
• Complete documentation per GMP, SOPs, FDA standards and customer requirements.
• Optimize processes, procedures, and batching instructions for efficiency.
• Manage staffing schedules, train team, ensure GMP adherence.
• Collaborate with QA to investigate errors and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety protocols and a hazard-free environment.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and safety supplies inventory.
• Approve time/attendance, manage overtime, plan tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement and install process systems to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with site MRO system and inventory practices; adapt by location.
