The advisor supports merchandising standards and participates in promotional events to grow the brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and support store performance
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and guesteling
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation on the sales floor
• Operate POS, process transactions, and ensure accurate record keeping

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for beauty
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light lifting
