Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates and delivering top-tier customer experiences. You will coach staff, ensure operational standards, and drive performance across sales and service in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, cosmetic retail knowledge, and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
