Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty environment. You will coach, develop and drive sales and service to meet store targets.

Candidates should have proven supervisory skills and strong retail operations experience, including inventory, cash reconciliation, and POS software proficiency. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Assist in driving store performance and executing visual standards.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory and cash handling activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalize interactions to build loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to deliver training and development for staff.
