The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a cosmetics retail team. You will coach Sales Associates to reach sales and service goals while overseeing daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Experience supervising others and coaching to achieve sales targets.
Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and events.
Experience with retail POS software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
