Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires coaching, mentoring and strong retail operations know-how in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will support the Store Manager, manage daily store operations, and ensure service standards while working flexible hours, including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics or luxury
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events
• Experience with retail POS software and basic MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to customers.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure coverage for retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events.
• Support Store Manager in achieving store goals and maintaining standards.
