Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the sales team to hit sales, service and operation goals.

The role requires proven supervisory skills, a passion for cosmetics, and the ability to manage inventory and POS operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent guest service and flexible hours are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop our Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to every guest.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
