Job summary

Vanguard Skin Specialists is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on cosmetic procedures, including breast reconstruction, with leadership opportunities within the aesthetic arm of the practice.

The practice is physician-owned, offers autonomy, and supports physician-led teams across dermatology, Mohs surgery, and aesthetics. Flexible schedule and strong signing/relocation incentives accompany a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Valid CO medical license and completion of an ACGME accredited residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery with specialization in cosmetic procedures.
• Clinic leadership skills and ability to work across a multi-specialty practice.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a busy dermatology and plastic surgery practice. Internal referrals will help you build your patient base. The ideal candidate will have an interest in cosmetic procedures, including breast reconstruction. There are additional leadership opportunities within the aesthetic arm of our practice if desired.

Qualifications: Requirements

• Valid CO medical license
• Completion of ACGME certified residency
• Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery with specialization in cosmetic surgery

Schedule

Flexible schedule: 3.5 to 5 days per week (32 to 40 clinic hours per week).

Predictability: Dedicated day hours only.

Compensation

Total Cash Compensation of $500,000+

Our compensation package combines a guaranteed base salary scaled to your clinic hours lus an individual productivity bonus based on a percentage of net collections.

Signing Bonus: Up to $20,000 in signing and relocation assistance is paid upon contract signing.
