Job summary

Vanguard Skin Specialists in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN to join their team. The Aesthetic RN will perform cosmetic procedures, provide education, and manage scheduling for aesthetic treatments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine, possess an active Colorado RN license, and be skilled in injectables. A transparent compensation model supports growth, including a guaranteed base of $70,000–$90,000 annually.

Job And Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic RN, who embodies our operating principles, to join our Aesthetics team.

The Aesthetic Registered Nurse performs cosmetic procedures and provides education, consultations, and scheduling for select aesthetic treatments and treatment regimens offered at Vanguard Skin Specialists.

• A Registered Nurse injector, who ideally is already skilled in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, chemical peels, laser treatments, and medical grade skin care.
• Actively promotes/sells cosmetic products and services.
• Performs, explains, and schedules select cosmetic consults and treatments per protocols.
• Provides appropriate patient education and after-care instructions.
• Provides recommendations for cosmetic service enhancements and implements approved plans within specified timeframes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of treatment in all client medical records.
• Pre-books patients and retains patients.
• Assists with development of advertising and promotional materials.
• Responsible for all cosmetic discussions regarding all available cosmetic treatment options available.
• Responsible for after-care instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor and scheduling appropriate follow up and treatments.
• Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program

• At least 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine including injectables
• Certification in injectable services and laser operation

Schedule

This position has a part-time (20-24 hours per week) and full-time (36-40 hours per week) schedule option.

This position is based in Colorado Springs and includes working from multiple locations such as our Briargate and Northgate offices.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a transparent, performance-driven compensation model designed to support you as you grow:

• Starting Pay: 15% of net collections (revenue minus product costs) with a guaranteed floor of $45/hour.
• Guaranteed base: You will always receive whichever amount is greater, providing a stable base compensation of $70k–$90k+ (at 30-40h/week), while you build your patient following.
• Career Progression: As your practice matures and grows, you will have the opportunity to transition to an elite 20% net collections tier for unlimited earning potential.

The position also comes with paid time off, continuing education stipend, bereavement pay, and employee discounts on products and aesthetic services.
