Job summary

Vanguard Skin Specialists is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on cosmetic procedures, including breast reconstruction, with leadership opportunities within the aesthetic arm of the practice.

The practice is physician-owned, offers autonomy, and supports physician-led teams across dermatology, Mohs surgery, and aesthetics. Flexible schedule and strong signing/relocation incentives accompany a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Valid CO medical license and completion of an ACGME accredited residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery with specialization in cosmetic procedures.
• Clinic leadership skills and ability to work across a multi-specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy dermatology and plastic surgery practice with internal referrals.
• Interest in cosmetic procedures including breast reconstruction; opportunities to lead aesthetic teams.
• Help build a strong patient base and contribute to a collaborative office environment.
