Job summary

AboutSkin Dermatology & DermSurgery is seeking a Cosmetic Coordinator in Greenwood Village, CO to join a sales-driven team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with starting pay at $23/hour plus team-based sales incentives.

• Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing environment.
• A bubbly, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A goal-oriented, sales-driven mindset with the ability to make recommendations and motivate patients to take the next step.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics, with enthusiasm for learning about treatments and services.
• A positive, dependable team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared success.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for cosmetic services by responding to patient inquiries, explaining treatments, and confidently recommending products, promotions, and memberships.
• Drive cosmetic scheduling and sales by proactively filling gaps in provider schedules, coordinating appointments, and identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
• Create a seamless patient journey by managing the complete checkout process, processing payments, scheduling follow-ups, and encouraging rebooking.
• Build lasting patient relationships by understanding individual goals, providing personalized recommendations, and supporting patient retention.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared sales goals, promote cosmetic services, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
