Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and MS Office.
• Professional and polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, and billing/informational support.
• Communicate treatment options, costs, and financing to patients.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance during all interactions.
• Enter cosmetic treatment plans in the EHR and manage follow-up
• Support providers and Cosmetic Coordinators to ensure exceptional patient care.
