Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a physician medical practice preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to triage calls and schedule appointments.
• Organized with attention to detail and strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors with professional service.
• Scan IDs and verify insurance information; update demographics.
• Explain charges and collect payments; enter charges into PMS.
• Monitor scheduling templates to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional image at the front desk.
