Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily compounding activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee weighing, staging, dispensing, and blending of raw materials per procedures.
• Ensure batches align with Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and approved formulations.
• Monitor production efficiency, labor utilization, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation to minimize downtime and cross-contamination.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Packaging to support production objectives.
