Job summary

You'll coordinate changeovers, sanitation, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 4-6 years in a chemical or manufacturing compounding role required.
• 4-6 years in a lead or mentoring capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate compounding activities, ensuring adherence to batch records, formulas, and production schedules.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to compounders on GMP, safety, and compounding practices.
• Maintain, review, and approve production documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and finished products as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
