Qualifications

• 2+ years of cosmetic compounding experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials for cosmetics.
• 2+ years of operating mixing, blending, or compounding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP.
• Ability to follow batch records and manufacturing instructions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and dispense raw materials per batch records and instructions.
• Operate, monitor, and clean mixing/compounding equipment.
• Complete manufacturing documentation in real time per ALCOA+.
• Follow cGMP, GDP, safety procedures, PPE, and SOPs.
• Verify materials and batch information prior to production.
• Monitor mixing processes and report deviations.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized production environment.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
