Qualifications

• 2+ years of cosmetic formulation or compounding experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with lab equipment, weighing instruments, and mixing procedures.
• Understanding of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, surfactants, and preservatives.
• Strong record-keeping and quality-control focus.
• Must reside within 60 minutes commute.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine cosmetic formulations for creams, lotions, gels, and other products.
• Weigh, measure, and compound ingredients according to precise formulas and production orders.
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate lab records and batch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to improve formulations.
