• 2+ years of cosmetic formulation or compounding experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with lab equipment, weighing instruments, and mixing procedures.
• Understanding of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, surfactants, and preservatives.
• Strong record-keeping and quality-control focus.
• Must reside within 60 minutes commute.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and compound ingredients according to precise formulas and production orders.
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing on raw materials and finished products.

Job Description

As a Cosmetic Chemist and Compounder, you'll be responsible for formulating, mixing, and testing cosmetic and personal-care products in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure consistency, safety, and innovation in every batch produced.

Key Responsibilities
