New Radiance Cosmetic Centers, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator at our Boca Raton location. This full-time role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment across aesthetic services, wellness, and cosmetic procedures.

You will support patient flow, coordinate scheduling, and contribute to a five-star patient experience. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience in medical aesthetics, and comfort handling

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous medical aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with patients, physicians, staff and other professionals.
• Understand practice goals and independently execute plans of action.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Support the practice vision and goals.
• Operate a POS system to review client information and scheduling.
