Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in Boca Raton. The role offers full-time hours (32–40/wk) with a compensation range of $18–$20 per hour plus 10% commission on product sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology settings is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Proven track record with confidential information handling.
• Minimum educational attainment: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Understand practice goals and execute plans to achieve them.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties.
• Align daily actions with practice vision and objectives.
• Operate a POS system to review client information and scheduling.

Patient Care Coordinator: New Radiance Cosmetic Centers

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr + 10% commission on product sales

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while building effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop and execute plans of action to achieve those goals.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Actively support and remain aligned with the vision and goals of the practice.
• Operate various technological equipment such as a POS system in order to review client information, schedule, and adhere to clinical standards.

Requirements

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service focused role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and liftstandard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
