Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Senior Corrugator Training and Operations Specialist to lead training and improve throughput across our plants. The role reports to the Process Technology Director and collaborates with the Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Team.

This leadership position requires expert corrugator knowledge, hands-on training, and the ability to travel up to 75% to PCA locations nationwide to drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and leadership experience on corrugators.
• Coaching, training, teambuilding and performance management experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support plants in Safe Working Practices and a clean, injury-free work environment.
• Support new corrugator projects and startups.
• Participate in planning discussions about capital planning and equipment considerations.
• Evaluate, develop, establish corrugator PM practices and standards.
• Ability to travel to PCA corrugator plants to support capital projects or improvement efforts.
• Review cause/frequency/downtime analytics and perform DT/RCFA analyses to improve PM processes.
