Job summary

PCA—Packaging Corporation of America—seeks a Corrugator Supervisor for our Denver-area plant. The role oversees corrugator equipment and staff on the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning shift work, training crew, maintaining records, and coordinating with scheduling. Must have 4+ years corrugator experience and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years' corrugator experience.
• Able to work flexible hours and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Some college or manufacturing training preferred.
• Experience supervising training and performance development.
• Ability to supervise and train crew on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules to meet production goals and ensure up-time.
• Oversee employees, approve time records, and communicate policy.
• Train on equipment, safety protocols, and waste control.
• Perform quality tests and verify job quality; address complaints.
• Analyze performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain records of downtime and material usage.
