Georgia-Pacific’s Corrugated division is seeking an Operations Manager for our San Leandro, CA corrugating facility. You will lead a team of salaried and hourly staff in a union environment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your role drives continual improvement under our PBM philosophy and aligns across safety, reliability, and production goals. The position requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and effective communication with union

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Proven track record of driving results and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with union representatives.
• Proficient in using data/metrics to improve performance and lead change.
