Qualifications

• At least one year of experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in corrugated packaging and converting.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste at machine centers through best practices.
