Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in manufacturing, preferably corrugated packaging.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and developing new accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as their packaging advisor.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to understand requirements and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop custom packaging concepts meeting client objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through order fulfillment and account management.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
