This role involves managing current customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and collaborating cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth plans by aligning market trends with company solutions.
• Identify pricing dynamics and strategies to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to annual targets.
• Create and manage a strategic sales pipeline within corrugated packaging sales
• Manage contractual relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Drive commercial excellence through new account development, growth in existing accounts, and margin improvement plans.
