Job summary

L&M Corrugated is seeking a Corrugated Packaging Designer to turn customer requirements into functional packaging designs. You will design, test, and support development while working closely with Sales and other teams to meet customer needs.

You will review specifications, create layouts, perform performance evaluations, and manage multiple projects with a strong emphasis on accuracy and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing corrugated packaging based on customer needs.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical packaging solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and support development of corrugated packaging solutions.
• Review and develop specifications for new and existing items.
• Create layouts and support packaging workflows.
• Perform stacking analysis and compression evaluations.
• Order and receive cutting dies for production.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers and Sales with technical design input.
• Troubleshoot packaging or design-related challenges.
• Maintain documentation and manage multiple projects with accuracy.
