Qualifications

• Experience operating machines in the corrugated industry.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, military, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate the production line with minimal supervision while meeting safety, quality, productivity and waste standards.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjust equipment to optimize production.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify improvements to reduce waste and increase production within quality standards.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Monitor data in control systems and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
• Provide basic asset care and preventative maintenance; prep orders with required materials.
