Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated in Mt. Wolf, PA is hiring Production Associates to operate and monitor industrial equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and help produce corrugated packaging.

Starting pay is $21.93/hour with a 2nd shift differential; 2nd shift runs 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 3rd shift runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with orientation on the first shift. No corrugated experience required to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on environments.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime as needed.
• No corrugated experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize efficiency.
• Enter production data into computerized control systems.
• Perform routine equipment care and basic preventative maintenance.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and safety.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
