Qualifications

• Candidate must have box (cardboard) conversion experience with corrugator machine experience.
• Must have paper to box conversion background; experience only in sheet plant or related areas is not acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to the business direction.
• Build partnerships with commercial/sales to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts relations.
• Oversee and drive production improvements to meet short- and long-term objectives for optimum efficiency.
