Qualifications

• Experience in KPI areas such as production efficiencies, overhead management, profitability and safety.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in an industry segment management role.
• Operational oversight including budget and financial management.
• Ability to lead by example and set proper goal foundations.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives linked to strategic direction.
• Build partnerships with commercial/sales teams to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts.
• Oversee production improvements to meet short- and long-term divisional objectives for optimal efficiency.
