Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to strategic direction.
• Build partnerships with commercial/sales to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts.
• Oversee and drive improvements in facility production to meet divisional objectives and optimize efficiency.
