Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while ensuring safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives tied to strategic direction.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with commercial/sales teams to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts.
• Oversee and drive production improvements to meet short-term and long-term objectives for optimum efficiency.
