Job summary

United Future is seeking a seasoned plant leader to drive profitability and oversee production across a corrugated-focused facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality and KPI-driven results, with responsibility for strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration to grow the business.

You will develop and implement plans, lead continuous improvement efforts, and partner with sales to identify opportunities, while guiding the team to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience, including at least 3 years in an industry segment management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering highly preferred.
• Experience with KPI-driven performance, including production efficiency, overhead, profitability, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to the strategic direction.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with commercial/sales to identify growth opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Oversee production improvements to meet short- and long-term divisional objectives and optimize efficiency.
