Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. seeks a Corrosion Manager – Operations to lead regional corrosion technicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal corrosion and pipeline regulations while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

You will drive operational excellence, regulatory readiness, and integrity management activities. The role emphasizes supervision, data-driven oversight of cathodic protection, budgeting, audits, and cross-functional coordination, with readiness for emergency callouts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of corrosion control experience in energy/pipeline.
• Current or previous NACE certifications in cathodic protection and internal corrosion.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and administrative reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, organize and coordinate daily corrosion activities.
• Supervise corrosion technicians’ workloads and assignments.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
• Monitor staffing needs and overtime requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, budgets and SOPs.
• Coordinate CIS, AC/VG, DC/VG surveys and reports.
