Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the agency's receiving function, jail supply chain, jail warehouse, jail cleaning program, sewing program, and laundry program. Supervises county personnel and inmate workers to ensure supplies, equipment, inventory, and services are available for jail operations.

The role requires strong supervisory and organizational skills, budgeting, safety training, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in supervision and leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (oral board, polygraph, background).
• Experience with bulk purchasing, receiving, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Experience in correctional or similarly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, jail cleaning, sewing, laundry and related programs.
• Supervise county personnel and inmate workers; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee purchasing to meet operational needs.
• Ensure safety training, SDS handling, and proper storage procedures.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate with jail staff and vendors.
