Competenze

• One year para-professional and one year professional experience in drug/alcohol counseling.
• CACB Certified Addictions Counselor certification or equivalent credential.
• Two years experience with a bachelor's and behavioral sciences coursework.
• Master's degree with addictions science/psychology or social work preferred.
• Equivalent combinations including 18 behavioral sciences credits

Mansioni

• Lead treatment groups across assigned program areas and promote positive behavioral change.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate charts and document required information per directives.
• Complete assessments and make recommendations based on history and policy requirements.
• Assist with planning and facilitating treatment activities and addressing behavioral issues.
• Provide direction and support to new specialists, students, and volunteers as assigned.

Bachelor's degree with 18 credits in behavioral sciences
