This position supports warehouse and commissary operations by handling inventory, processing orders, and working with inmate crews. As a Stock Clerk, you will perform the following duties:

• Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, store, and distribute goods while maintaining accurate logs
• Order Processing: Review inmate commissary orders, verify balances, stage items, and record transactions
• Inmate Oversight: Provide training, assign tasks, maintain attendance, and conduct searches for safety
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and delivery vehicles to move materials
• Stock Replenishment: Order supplies, monitor inventory levels, and use the SAP Warehouse Inventory System
• Record Maintenance: Prepare reports, document shortages, update inmate credits, and maintain organized files

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirement:

• This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of Basic Training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
