• Knowledge of correctional facility management, laws, rules and regulations, and supervision/training.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations of security staff and inmates/residents on the shift.
• Ensure adequate staffing on supervised areas and cover during short staffing.
• Recruit, hire, orientate staff and address staffing needs.
• Make recommendations on personnel matters and assist in facility resource management.
