Job summary

Qualifications

• CO license in good standing and required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience within the last 3 years.
• PSV from licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory care nursing and medication administration.
• Assess health conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor progress and document assessments and outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures within scope.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, and policies.
• Maintain EMR with accurate, timely entries.
