Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Corrections to provide patient care in a fast-paced facility. You will work under Charge Nurses, administer medications, and support clinical teams with assessments and planning.

This 0.9 FTE daytime role offers rotating weekends and holidays, with shifts 06:30–19:00. A state RN license and CPR certification are required, with a minimum of one year of clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning treatment programs with nursing staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure care aligns with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
