Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to provide patient care using nursing processes.
• CPR certification and current RN licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with nursing leadership.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
