Wellpath is seeking a MAT Registered Nurse Corrections with weekend availability to deliver high‑quality patient care in a correctional setting. You will follow the nursing process under supervision to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in a structured environment.

We emphasize compassionate service within a mission‑driven culture, offering growth opportunities and a weekend schedule that includes every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment; CPR certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed.
• Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions.
• Respond to patient crises as set forth by site policy and procedure, and assist Health Care Practitioner in medical procedures as necessary.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting, attend mandatory staff meetings and training, and communicate information to relevant staff members as necessary.
