Registered Nurse (RN) – Midland,TX Local Pay: $57.00/hour Travel Package: Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $32.00 Stipend (Lodging $644.00 + M&I $385.00) = $1,029.00 Total Comp:$2,181.00 Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN license in State of TX, Active BLS, ACLS, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years.
• Additional certifications may be required.
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client‑specific requirements).
