- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in last 3 years
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Perform wound care and IV therapy within scope of practice.
- Maintain EMR with accurate records.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on safety and quality.
