Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Correctional Registered Nurse to collaborate with health care professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to deliver care to the incarcerated population.

This role requires addressing the challenges of the correctional environment while providing routine and emergency health care in a facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Minimum of one year of correctional health care experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
